Terms and conditions of purchase


Purchases made in xocolalla.es are subject to current regulations and other relevant legislation. They are subject to the payment of value added tax VAT, as established in the regulations in force for individuals or legal entities resident in EEC member states and for those resident in non-EU countries. All product prices shown are inclusive of VAT. When you want to make a purchase, it will be necessary to provide your personal data in order to process the orders. The formalization of an order is understood to be made under the full acceptance of the Terms of Use.


In order to place an order you must make a purchase of at least 15,00 €.

it is possible to make purchases with shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

In mainland Spain, shipping costs are 5.50 € and free for orders over 50 €.

In the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are 18 € per order,

In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are 50 € per order.

Will my chocolate order arrive in good condition?

To ensure that your purchase arrives in good condition, xocolalla ships all chocolate orders by dry shipment, and in the warmer months by refrigerated shipment, within 24 to 72 hours, and (at no additional cost). Refrigerated shipments are made to all of Spain except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which are always dry shipped.


What do I do if the order arrives in bad condition?

Contact us at Customer Service +34 92529 71 76 from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 or via email at info@xocolalla .es in the following cases:

– If the box looks like it has been tampered with or damaged DO NOT ACCEPT IT and contact us immediately.

– If the box looks good, but some product arrives expired.

– If on occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you did not order.

When does XOCOLALLA ship my order placed on the web?

  1. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 11am: Will be shipped the same day.
  2. Orders placed after 11 am: Will be shipped the following day.
  3. Orders placed between 11 am on Thursday and 11 am on Monday will be shipped on Monday so that your order does not remain in the carrier’s warehouse over the weekend.


All returns must be authorized by xocolalla.com. Due to the high quality and nature of the products sold, no returns will be accepted within 24 hours of delivery. In case of return within this period, the customer will bear the cost of return and will have to be sent by courier.

Returns will only be accepted for products that may be defective, according to the only 3 causes listed above.
Since these are food products, the return must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, and without having been manipulated, being prohibited the use of seals and adhesive tapes.

The Customer must request the return by e-mail, indicating the reason and the invoice number, and XOCOLALLA.com will exchange the goods or refund the money in the cases detailed. The costs of this transport shall be borne by the customer.

In the event of a refund, the credit will be made within 48 hours. – 72 h. (working days).
